About Naureen

Hi, I’m Naureen O’Neale, the heart behind Purple Wellspring Co.

I was born and raised on the beautiful island of St. Croix, where turquoise waters, vibrant culture, and a deep sense of community shaped my love for creativity, connection, and personal growth. Today, I call Florida home, where I continue to nurture my passion for helping others discover healing, purpose, and transformation through creative expression.

By day, I am an HR and Total Rewards professional, but my true calling has always been helping people reconnect with themselves in meaningful and authentic ways. As a Creative Wellness Coach and founder of Purple Wellspring Co., I create spaces where creativity becomes a pathway to self-discovery, emotional wellness, and personal growth.

I believe that art is not about perfection—it’s about expression. Whether through art journaling, neurographic art, watercolor, mindful doodling, or creative reflection, I help individuals explore their inner world, reduce stress, and cultivate greater self-awareness.

When I’m not coaching or creating, you’ll find me spending time with my family, cheering on my amazing adult son, enjoying a good cup of coffee, baking decorated sugar cookies, scrapbooking, junk journaling, diamond painting, or watching my favorite shows on HGTV and Food Network. I have a lifelong love of all things creative and firmly believe that every person has an innate ability to create, heal, and grow.

The color purple has always been my signature color. To me, it represents creativity, wisdom, transformation, and possibility—qualities that inspire everything I do through Purple Wellspring Co.
